Can I
cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the item has not been shipped and the
vendor can cancel in time. If the order has already been
sent to the vendor we will attempt to cancel the order,
but cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be
possible. If you do receive an order that was cancelled,
accept delivery of the item and log a support ticket
under returns with Matt's New & Used Guns on our website
and we will reply with return instructions. Returns are
subject to a restocking charge as determined by the
vendor. Sorry but return requests made after 7 days
cannot be accepted as our suppliers do not allow a late
returns grace period.

Can I return an item that is damaged, defective, or I
just don't want?
All purchases are subject to developer and distributor
return policies. Scopes that have been mounted on
firearms we consider to be in USED Condition and will
not be accepted for return. We are unable to process
returns on ammunition due to liability and safety
issues. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience
this may cause. Items may be returned only in the
original packing, and all documentation must be
included. Based on the manufacturer's and our supplying
warehouse's policies, some defective products must be
sent back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
Sorry, but return requests made after 7
days cannot be accepted as our suppliers do not allow a
late returns grace period. On most new equipment (unless
otherwise noted), items may be returned for a full
refund (minus freight charges and 15% restocking fee)
within 7 days of date of delivery, provided the items
are returned to us freight pre paid and have received an
authorization to be returned. If you receive a defective
Item from us, contact us immediately and include your
invoice number. We will arrange pick up the defective
item and send you a new one. Items may be returned only
in the original packing, and all documentation must be
included. Based on the manufacturer's and our supplying
warehouse's policies, some defective products must be
sent back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
If your shipment appears to be damaged
upon arrival do not accept the shipment. If after you
open your shipment you find that you have received
damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us

Can
I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?
No. Merchandise is primarily shipped via UPS and UPS
requires a valid street address. We have also decided
that by not offering PO shipping we greatly reduce the
chance of fraudulent orders and can continue to keep
costs low. If a P.O. Box is used as a shipping address,
an error message will appear when submitting the order.
Matt's New & Used Guns cannot deliver to A.P.O., F.P.O.
International Shipping:
Please, contact us for international shipping.

Can
I ship my order to a different address?
Yes! (As long as it is not a firearm.) When you place
your order and come to the Check Out screen, just
replace your address with the address you want to ship
your merchandise to, then continue. Remember to use a
street address, not a Post Office Box, for any shipping
address.

How are
shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges vary according to product weight and
destination. We use the most sophisticated programming
language to deliver real time shipping quotes during
checkout based on your product weight and dimensions,
direct from the shipping carriers. Matt's New & Used
Guns reserves the right to a modest handling fee which
may be added at Matt's New & Used Guns’ option and
displayed as part of your shipping total.
Because Matt's New & Used Guns does not
inventory many of the items sold, your order may be
shipped directly from one of our authorized vendors from
the warehouse closest to the shipping address. The
individual vendor ultimately determines the method of
product shipment. Therefore, we are not able to reduce
shipping charges for any reason.
Most products are shipped via UPS because
they offer package insurance and excellent tracking
software. However, the method of shipment is always
determined by the shipping vendor. In some cases,
vendors have special arrangements with other package
services such as Federal Express, Airborne etc.
